Opening hours Stadskantoor (municipal office) desks

To avoid long queues in front of the desks, we recommend to make an appointment. On Wednesday evening, the desks are open until 20.00 hrs.
Visitors with an appointment come first and do not have to wait. You can make a digital appointment  (In Dutch) or on telephone number 14 076.

Municipal desks in Ulvenhout, Prinsenbeek and Teteringen

Civil Affairs Desk Prinsenbeek, Schoolstraat 11

Both desks are opened from Monday to Friday, 09.00-14.00 hrs.
Products available: passports (with the exception of refugee and alien's passports), ID cards, driving licences (with the exception of the exchange thereof), medical report forms for driving licences, extracts from the municipal personal records database, certificates of good conduct, changes of address and requests for copies from the register of births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships.

The Civil Affairs Desk and Library Teteringen 't Web, Scheperij 13

Is opened exclusively for the residents of Teteringen, on Monday, 14.00 - 17.00 hrs. It offers a limited range of products: applications and collection of driving licences (with the exception of the exchange thereof), medical report forms for driving licences, requests for extracts from the municipal personal records database and copies from the register of births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships.
