Via Breda top location for head offices

Via Breda stands for the development of the rail zone in the centre of Breda. An innovative and challenging addition to the city. But, especially an enhancement of good quality. It offers opportunities for enterprise, residence, work and culture. The entire rail zone is to acquire a high-quality aura with an international style; a gateway offering a warm welcome to anyone arriving in the city by train.

New Breda pulic transport terminal

Work has started on the new public transport terminal. This terminal will be at the heart of Breda’s new international business centre including the Breda World Trade Center. The public transport terminal will be the focal point of Via Breda, which will become a bustling area with its integration of three railway platforms and one bus terminal and a combination of residence, retail, offices and catering in one single building. Especially the highspeed train shuttles (the HSL shuttles) to Rotterdam, Amsterdam, The Hague and Brussels will ensure a considerably better access to Breda and reduction of travelling time. NS Hispeed operates the fastest link Breda–Rotterdam–Schiphol–Amsterdam via the HSL highspeed railway network. Schiphol direct to and from Breda in 53 minutes. Breda–Rotterdam as little as 24 minutes.

World Trade Centre

Breda aims to realize a branch of the World Trade Center (WTC), which gives a tremendous boost to Breda’s ambition to further develop as an international city. It stimulates international trade and offers a meeting place for international business. The railway zone is the most ideal location for the WTC. Target groups are West-Brabant companies with an urge to expand, foreign companies and companies going Benelux, ambitious re-starters and non-profit organizations fitting in with the WTC goals.
